office. Burst Commercial Real Estate Services was founded in 1994 by
Thomas S. Burst.
 | Tom Burst has been actively involved in the sales and leasing of
commercial real estate since 1986. Prior to forming Trine Realty
Partners in 1996, Tom was the broker for GMH Associates. Joining GMH
in 1992 as Director of Marketing for the Florida Region, Tom was
directly responsible for bringing the twelve (12) Florida properties
to stabilized occupancies. In January 1995, GMH restructured and
shifted the focus to third-party marketing. He immediately brought in
Barnett Bank and Zell-Merrill Lynch as two (2) major clients. Prior to
joining GMH Realty, Inc., Mr. Burst was an associate with CB
Commercial Real Estate Group. While with CB Commercial, Mr. Burst
specialized in the sales and leasing of office properties in Palm Beach
County. During his tenure with CB Commercial, Mr. Burst was the top
producer in the West Palm Beach office market and one of the top ten
(10) producers for CB Commercial in South Florida. Mr. Burst is a
graduate of Florida State University. |
